Privacy notice
This notice explains how MOWAY handles personal data when you use moway.dev or contact us.
Who is responsible
MOWAY is operated by its founder, Ivan Voskres. For privacy questions or requests, contact founder@moway.agency. We do not state an incorporated entity, postal address or registration number where those details are not established.
Information we handle
When you use the contact form, we handle the name, reply contact, message and any attachment you choose to send. When you book a call, Cal.eu handles booking information such as contact and appointment details. To measure an accepted booking, our Worker checks only its booking identifier, status, event type and host with Cal.eu and returns no booking details to the site. We also process limited technical, locale, consent and attribution information needed to operate and understand the site.
Services that help run the site
We use Cloudflare for hosting-related services, the contact-form Worker, Turnstile and Web Analytics; Render for static hosting; Cal.eu for call booking; and Telegram to deliver contact-form requests. If configured after the relevant choice, we may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Mouseflow for measurement or advertising. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Cookies and similar storage
Essential browser storage remembers your selected locale, consent choices and first-touch attribution so the site can work consistently and we can understand which campaign led to a request. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are not enabled until you allow the relevant category. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time from the footer and change or withdraw your choice.
Why we use information
We use information to reply to and manage enquiries, arrange requested calls, protect the form from abuse, maintain and secure the site, remember your choices, and—where you consent—measure site use and advertising effectiveness. We do not use contact-form details for unrelated purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, arranging a call, maintaining records and meeting applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and context; optional browser storage remains until it expires, is replaced or you clear it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for optional measurement. Contact founder@moway.agency and we will consider your request under applicable law. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on the provider’s contractual, technical and organisational safeguards and other lawful transfer mechanisms appropriate to the processing.
