Data controller

Information we handle
When you use the contact form, we handle the name, reply contact, message and any attachment you choose to send. When you book a call, Cal.eu handles booking information such as contact and appointment details. To measure an accepted booking, our Worker checks only its booking identifier, status, event type and host with Cal.eu and returns no booking details to the site. We also process limited technical, locale, consent and attribution information needed to operate and understand the site.
Services that help run the site
We use Cloudflare for hosting-related services, the contact-form Worker, Turnstile and Web Analytics; Render for static hosting; Cal.eu for call booking; and Telegram to deliver contact-form requests. If enabled after your consent, we may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement or advertising. Depending on the service and activity, a provider may act as our processor or as an independent controller under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and similar storage
Essential browser storage remembers your selected locale, consent choice and first-touch attribution so the site can work consistently and we can understand which campaign led to a request. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are not enabled unless you accept optional measurement. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice.
Why we use information
We process enquiries and requested bookings to respond to you and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before a possible contract. We process necessary technical information for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the site. We use optional analytics and advertising technologies only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We may also process information where needed to comply with a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, arranging a call, maintaining records and meeting applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and context; optional browser storage remains until it expires, is replaced or you clear it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for optional measurement. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires a transfer safeguard, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism used by the relevant provider.
